My name is Ana Hernández. I am a NLP Practitioner, Mindfulness Expert based on Neuroscience.
For over 20 years, I worked in a stressful environment in Financial IT Services– it was there that I realized that I wasn’t present in my life, and the stress and demands of myself were driving all my decisions and actions. In that moment, I started a personal journey, to reconnect with myself. The good news is that it worked.

My methodology is based on a miscellany of neurolinguistic programming, empirical evidence of neuroscience, all in parallel with applying mindfulness skills techniques. This mix of three is not easy to find; but most importantly, these will bring you full circle, reconnecting with your innermost self.
